To order:
1. This is an honor system listing. Traditionally designers charge 50% to replace one earring but we trust you to pay what you can or feel is fair based on what is lost/missing (just don't forget there will also be a $5 shipping charge added upon checkout... unless you purchse something else and qualify for free shipping! Hint hint...)
2. Write the style you're looking to replace in the "Order Note" section upon checkout. Don't see the Order Notes section? Send me a quick email/DM and let me know what we're replacing! ie: "the Wright Red design." Photos are always welcome and helpful.
3. We at OTTI reserve the right to refuse a replacement if we sense an order is trying to work the system for deeply discounted earrings. (OTTI customers are amazing and have never abused the system but my team of 27 lawyers made me add this).
