How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all domestic (U.S.) orders and $14 flat-rate shipping on all international orders.
How do I know my order has shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking information when you order is officially en-route! If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders:
Orders generally take 1-3 days to process with an additional 2-5 days to ship via USPS First Class mail. We pride ourselves on quick shipping but please remember you are ordering a handmade item from a small business (thank you), not Amazon. We recommend accounting for 3-8 business days TOTAL to receive your item but you will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships, at which point you will be able to know your EXACT delivery date.
International orders:
During normal times, international orders take 8-10 business days to arrive. While some countries are completely unaffected, we’ve seen increased international shipping delays due to Covid and general global supply chain issues. If you’re outside of the US, please be patient and check your tracking number for updates once your package has shipped.
Can you rush my order?
We will always do our best to try to expedite orders upon request. Please contact us if you need your order in-hand by a specific date and we will do our best to accommodate!
Do you accept returns?
While returns are generally discouraged, we understand that life happens and plans change. Please shoot us a quick message if you need to start a return.
We accept any unused, unworn items that are not defective or broken within 2 weeks of when you receive your order.
Customer assumes responsibility for the return shipping costs so refunds will be for the item amount only. Returns can be sent to:
